(1) The provisions in this Act regarding the appointment, service conditions and facilities of working journalists shall be equally applicable to employees and workers.
(2) Regardless of anything written in sub-section (1), the provisions other than the remuneration and facilities of working journalists, employees or workers working in public media establishments shall be in accordance with the law regarding the services, conditions and facilities of the respective media establishments.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), if a working journalist, employee or worker working in a public media establishment receives more remuneration and benefits than what is written in this Act, this Act shall not be deemed to have created any obstacle to receive such higher remuneration and benefits.
